The staff Attorney will play a critical role in providing legal support and assistance to North American Islamic Trust (NAIT) and its member organizations. He / She will be responsible for handling various legal matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and assisting in the preparation and review of legal documents related to property taxes, sales tax, exemptions, property transfers, warranty deeds, declaration of trusts, bylaws, arbitration and other relevant legal matters.
